As a former top producer at American Express, where she managed a national account team responsible for $350 million in revenues, Valerie learned firsthand what it took to achieve results.

In the mid-90’s, she worked for a sales consulting and training firm, where she coached sales people individually, and delivered sales training workshops. That work made her realize how much pleasure she derived from helping others to accelerate their success.

In 1998, she started her own business to help individuals, teams, and organizations achieve new levels of performance. Her clients have included corporate executives, teams at Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, entrepreneurs, and CEOs of small businesses.

For most of the year, she lives in sunny Florida with her husband, Adam, and their two cats, Hugo and Louie.

I help them take back control and find freedom, happiness and ease with food and their bodies enabling them to create health, wealth and true well-being.

What’s My DARE for the Next 12 Months
To change the way women around the world feel about their bodies, food, and find the power to take charge of their lives. Also to continue to motivate and inspire women to create a vibrant life of health, wealth and happiness.

I will also write that book everyone keeps asking for!

Create a membership program, and have more resources available to help women on their journey to better self-esteem and freedom.

I call myself a Wellness Practitioner to encompass my specialties — Life Coach; Hypnotherapist; Reiki Master and Wholistic Practitioner –  My passion is to hold space for clients to view their-self in a mirror which is held in complete unconditional love - I will hold the vision for the absolute best version of them to emerge.  I can’t predict how each session will transpire but I can tell you that the journey will bring them joy, lightness of being and a deep sense of connectedness and inner knowing.
